In 2021, every state—including PA—will redraw its state and federal congressional districts. This process often becomes partisan and unrepresentative of the people due to something known as gerrymandering. Learn all about it—and how, among other things, previous gerrymandering may currently be depriving Philly of two state representatives—in this teach-in.
