On May 8, 2019, seven Philadelphia-based parents, educators, homeowners, tenants and small business owners filed a formal complaint with the Philadelphia Board of Ethics over Councilman Allan Domb’s ties to the 10-year tax abatement. The complainants are calling for Councilman Domb to set aside from any decisions on the abatement given his financial interests in the abatement. The full complaint can be read below.
