At 215 People’s Alliance, relationships are the foundation of our organizing. We build deep connections with our neighbors and community members to collectively address both urgent needs and long-term systemic change. Our multi-racial organizing approach centers culture, community, and care, ensuring that the relationships we build are rooted in trust, solidarity, and shared purpose.

Inspired by the legacy of the Black Panthers, we launched survival projects to meet the immediate needs of our communities, while challenging the systems that cause harm. We prioritize the education and growth of our members through intentional study, mentorship, and member-initiated actions. Members are empowered to lead and tackle the pressing issues facing our communities. We know that only together, we can create the radical change we need.
